How I Work

Therapeutic approaches.

My work is informed by evidence-based psychological frameworks. The approach used will depend on your individual needs, goals and presenting concerns — often drawing on more than one.

Psychodynamic & Integrative Therapy

Explores how past experiences, relationships and patterns may influence current thoughts, emotions and behaviours, while integrating different therapeutic techniques according to your needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Examines the relationship between thoughts, emotions and behaviours — identifying unhelpful patterns and developing healthier ways of responding to challenges.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Focuses on building psychological flexibility, accepting difficult internal experiences, and taking meaningful action in line with your personal values.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Provides practical skills to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and healthier interpersonal relationships.

Solution-Focused Therapy

A practical, goal-directed approach that draws on strengths and meaningful steps toward change.

Our Vision

To create a space where every individual feels heard, understood and supported in becoming the best version of themselves.

At Cayla Jordann Psychology, I believe that therapy is not simply about managing difficulties, but about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, working through what has shaped you, and creating meaningful change in your life.

Our Mission

My mission is to provide compassionate, professional and personalised psychological care in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I aim to meet each person where they are, taking the time to understand their unique experiences, challenges, strengths and goals. Through an individualised and evidence-informed approach, I support clients in navigating emotional difficulties, relationships, life transitions and personal growth.

I believe that therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood and supported without judgement.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, heal and grow.

A quiet, restorative setting

Understand yourself. Heal what hurts. Grow with purpose.

Heal. Grow. Thrive.
